Good Morning Sisters,
Today's the first day of our 12 week training program and I am looking forward to the challenge. I'm here at Lynn's who is frustrating on her computer; Tim is watching Lethal Weapon 2 with the mute on; and mom is sitting next to me drinking her coffee. It's raining and will take a some real motivation to stretch and do a few lifting exercises. I'm going to try and post the days's training requirements (I have to see if I'm up to the technical challenge).
Well, I hope blogging will be a fun experience for all of us. We should be able to motivate each other, share experiences and pictures with one another.

I think this is terrific. hopefully this will help me the extra pounds i have from my last pregnancy (never mind that was 32 years ago)

I completed Day 2 of the challenge today becuz I won't be able to jog/walk tomorrow. I realize i have no preganancies to blame my bulk on, Bear count? Anyway. I jog/walked for 30 minutes jog 2 min walk 1min. The 1 min of walking goes very fast. Anyway I will try to stretch/strengh tomorrow.

Really trying to keep the attitude positive and enjoy every day of this wonderful/magical season, every once in a while i get a little home sick but try to stay up.

i like this hope we can all do well and be very fit in our old ages. some of us older than others.
I am trying to check if this works. Right now it is 11:00 pm and I have not begun my first day training. Lynn is sick and trying to get motivated to do the stretching and weights. Go Lynn.... All right one, two, three here I go. d

Oh my gawd, was I high in that picture? must of been to agree to run 9.3 miles in March! jeeze do you think Chase was serious when he said it was a nice picture? Oh how sad for me!
Just walked 3 this afternoon, had to work at Curves tonight. Ate chocolate pretzels afterward so negated the effort probably. gonna have Mom count my stretch/strength reps tomorrow after my double @ UPS since I will be braindead. She gets home tomorrow for a short bit to enjoy the holidays with her favorite grandson Bear, before she is off on yet another adventure, I love her spirit!!!

WHAT IS IT WITH THE ILLNESS WHEN VISITING FAMILY? HOPEFULLY MOM AND J WILL BE SPARED. USUALLY THEY LEAVE THAT FOR VISITS TO MY HOUSE.
