Day 5

Good Morning,
I want you all to notice the posting site below each day entries. It might be good to Post at the bottom of the day's site so we can all keep up with the comments and not have to scroll through three months of comments. Just a suggestion.
Teece as of now I have put zero time into training. My head is still ready to explode and even with drugs I can't control the nose drool. Yikes, today is the day to start for me. I would be interested in how much time training is taking all of you.
Lynn hope you are feeling better, and Jamie I hope your sore throat is a fluke.
Did any of you check the google pedometer website? It's really cool and I have found several different paths for training runs.
On a different note I still have not bought one present yet. I need to get on the ball.
Merry Christmas and I love you all, deb

Cool Information

I checked out Jeff's blog and he has some cool information. Google had a website called google map pedometer www.webwalking.com/googlemap.htm
and it will map a route for you whereever you are. So if any of us need a new route or travel this is the place to go.
I decided tomorrow I will begin my training. Wish me luck.

Day 4 of the Challenge

Well hello everyone, I'm glad to see that some of you are using this blog. Let's start thinking about Lynn's suggestion about scheduling the next Wulff girls adventure. I think a resort is a great idea (lay at the pool and a few spa treatments), it might be best to go somewhere where it is a Delta hub so it would be easy for Teece to get there.
Now regarding the challenge I could be in trouble. So far I have not exercised or walked yet. Thanks to Lynn I have a terrible cold and my head is ready to explode. I thought I might get to it this afternoon but a nap sounds even better. I will make myself do the assignment. I promise.
Teece, please let us know when your kids get their packages. I think we are all excited for them to open them and hoping it is something they wanted.
After spending the day in bed and sleeping yesterday I finally moved my ass and the kids and I got the tree. I think this is the latest we have ever put the tree up. As of now all decorations are up and all I need to do is start buying a few gifts.
Mom, they came to rip out and redo my floors this morning but as usal a slight problem they ordered the wrong bullnose. I'm waiting to hear when they will be back.
I love you all and wish we could be together for the holidays. Enjoy each day.

Day 2

Lynn and I completed the weights and stretch routines and just made the workout around 12:00 am east coast time. Hopefully we will get to the run/walk training tomorrow. Lynn is sick and I leave to go home. It's been fun being in Boston and seeing all of the babies, kids and dogs.
I posted the newspaper link for the training in case anyone loses the training pages and Lynn found a blog for someone who is training for the run.

Please post pictures, links and etc.
Well enjoy your day, deb

Start The Challenge

Good Morning Sisters,

Today's the first day of our 12 week training program and I am looking forward to the challenge. I'm here at Lynn's who is frustrating on her computer; Tim is watching Lethal Weapon 2 with the mute on; and mom is sitting next to me drinking her coffee. It's raining and will take a some real motivation to stretch and do a few lifting exercises. I'm going to try and post the days's training requirements (I have to see if I'm up to the technical challenge).

Well, I hope blogging will be a fun experience for all of us. We should be able to motivate each other, share experiences and pictures with one another.

Love you all, deb

Mom wants to post a her comments so here goes:

This sounds like a great challenge. It's almost like being together but not as good. it's a good substitute. I am proud of all of you. Good luck.
